RAAP’s primary areas of interest include the External Gaze, Alternative Music History and Culture, Alternative Pop Culture, Military History, and various aspects of visual culture. By exploring these domains, RAAP aims to create a visual archive that captures what is often excluded from mainstream academic and governmental collections—a repository for what remains after the prominent has been documented.
